Viva Puerto Rico Libre y Fuera Yankee del Caribe!

Over 500 years have passed and Puerto Rico has yet to become a truly independent, sovereign nation! We see how our colonial status serves the US empire as not only a model for other imperial projects, but also as a breeding ground for austerity measures and repression. On August 31st, a neoliberal Fiscal Control Board (La Junta) was imposed on the people of Puerto Rico. Today, 9 years later, we will mobilize alongside our people in the archipelago to demand the Puerto Rican independence.
